“Royal Theater Design has worked on several projects for me, residential and commercial. With all of the evolving technologies that seem to surface every few months, it is very comforting knowing that James and his staff can handle all of the nuances that confound me. You can hire RTD for their reliability, product knowledge and professionalism. However, what has given me the most piece of mind is that they are always there ready to come back to tackle the challenges that surface when multiple devices aren’t playing nicely with one another due to the manufacturers’ countless firmware updates, coding issues and other problems unforeseen to a laymen such as myself.”

He handed me Joe's card and after speaking with his team I knew right away their professionalism, support, and experience was at a very high level. “With more and more of today's home audio, video, and automation being internet driven, it requires a company that has the latest knowledge in internet networking and programming of home processors and switches. Global Wave excels in this and all other fields related. Our client had an existing home system that was unpredictable with "lock ups" and a home AV processor that was very unstable. After contacting Global Wave, they came, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work starting with improving the homes internet infrastructure, then continued on to the homes processor. “I found TV CoverUps on Houzz and was so excited to have this concept installed in my "city" apartment -- elegant but small. As I was in the market to buy new televisions anyway, it seemed smart to coordinate the whole package. The workmanship is outstanding -- stunning might be the right word. I sent two beloved paintings to the company and they created the box and sides so they would be perfect. Boxes and art were shipped to my AV team. This was their first installation for this product and the fellows who hung the boxes, set up the televisions, and then used the conduit to hid the electrical line were first rate. Because it is an older apartment I could not hide the electrical wires nor have the system set into the wall. Thrilled -- and so happy to have art hanging on the walls and a television when/if I wish to watch. No valuable floor space was given to a cabinet.”
