“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“I found TV CoverUps on Houzz and was so excited to have this concept installed in my "city" apartment -- elegant but small. As I was in the market to buy new televisions anyway, it seemed smart to coordinate the whole package. The workmanship is outstanding -- stunning might be the right word. I sent two beloved paintings to the company and they created the box and sides so they would be perfect. Boxes and art were shipped to my AV team. This was their first installation for this product and the fellows who hung the boxes, set up the televisions, and then used the conduit to hid the electrical line were first rate. Because it is an older apartment I could not hide the electrical wires nor have the system set into the wall. Thrilled -- and so happy to have art hanging on the walls and a television when/if I wish to watch. No valuable floor space was given to a cabinet.”

“Kelly, Justin, Zach and team did a complete re-wire for home automation, distributed audio-video, outdoor TVs and sound. It was a massive project integrating custom lighting scenes, AV in 8 rooms and outdoor, pool controls, security, enterprise-grade WiFi, and climate controls. The project came out fantastic. We can now control all of our home automation from a single iPhone application, watch the same live sports at the same time with no delay on multiple TVs, etc. They were patient in building programming of the smart home system that meets our needs and have been fantastic to work with post-project as we continue to refine and upgrade the system. Here is the bottom line - we have succeeded in making my wife’s life simpler and more efficient - she is happy with the system, programming, and support. This means it is a success.
