They helped me decide what smart home technology was right for my summer house (which was built in the early 1900s), and took the time to understand what I was looking for before making recommendations. My primary goal was to be able to properly monitor and control the temperature, energy usage, and security of my house, because I only go there on weekends. We decided on a combination of Nest products (thermostats, cameras and smoke alarm) and an Arlo outdoor camera. They delivered my products to my summer house, installed them all and configured them to work together. They set up my mobile and desktop accounts, created alerts (emails sent to me when movement was detected) and showed me how to use all of the products, so I can properly manage my house during the week.
