“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). “Our entire end to end home construction experience with Newport Homebuilders was excellent. Everyone on the Newport team is highly professional, very experienced, and is committed to providing the highest quality product and service. “I had the opportunity to work with Mike on several philanthropic projects from 1991 to 1994. During that time he oversaw a yearly Haunted House. Part of that oversight was to have a free standing structure built to specs that would pass fire and safety inspections required by the city. This task may seem small by the standards of what he does today but it still speaks to his character and his ability. He was a able to motivate forty young men, free of charge, to build a two thousand square foot water-tight structure and design it so that it was the scariest haunted house in the D/FW area. The building had roof, floor, walls and electrical to code. In my twenty years of knowing Mike I have never witnessed an instance that he didn't keep his word. He will tell you honestly how he feels - even if the truth might hurt feelings. he doesn't know any other way. I'll let others review his paid-for work. I can't speak to the nuances of vaulted ceilings and wine cellars. What I can tell you is that if you are searching for a builder or a contractor based on his character then you would be well served to choose Mike Garabedian for your next job.”

“We used Canterbury Custom Homes to build our new home almost 3 years ago. Even today, I am still in awe and the custom details in our home. This was the third home we had built and by far, the best experience ever. James was attentive to every detail and keep us abreast of everything. Above all. we stayed within budget and he did not go a dollar above what he quoted. Any changes I made, I paid directly to the subcontractor. James is a PERFECTIONIST and takes pride in the quality of his work and only uses the best subcontractors who bring that same level of passion and perfection to their respective areas. Above all, he is one of the most ethical people I've encountered in a long time. He means what he says and will always shoot straight with you. He met every deadline he committed on the front end. 坪単価だけで新築にかかる費用を計算できる？


坪単価がわかれば、Addison, TXの家を建てるのにかかる大体の費用がわかると思うかもしれませんが、これは建物の本体価格を、想定される延床面積で割った数値でしかありません。実際は、その地域や敷地の条件などで異なる、別途工事費や諸費用がさらに上乗せさることになります。
