“Very professional contractor and very honest. Completed the work as promised and within the time and estimate he provided. He also worked on getting issues figured out as they happened. In the beginning, he did state that certain finishes would be problematic and recommended going with other recommendations, which turned out to be an even better choice. Total amount of work completed was over a hundred thousand dollars but worth every penny. I have referred this contractor to multiple parties and they are all satisfied and grateful.”

“We did our Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling with CCC and we are very satisfied. It was around 2M job . They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks and it was indeed finished in 9 weeks. They did a very thorough job starting with coming up with a good design taking detailed input from us. Providing a 3D design and complete remodeling plan. They also helped us in getting touch with good suppliers to to get things like - counter top, back splash, doors, windows, some appliances etc at a fair rate. Through out the job - they kept us informed and were always very responsive and would take our feedback regularly. Over all their team did a good job in keeping the house clean but it could have a little bit better. Overall - we are very satisfied with the project and I would highly recommend CCC. I will definitely be working with them for my next project.”

“We interviewed and got bids from numerous contractors and settled on Robert Deville's Premier Contracting & Remodel. We have done complete remodels in the past and have built a home from the ground up but this was by far our best experience yet. Professional, on time, fast and yet the top quality we must have in a home in Morningside Country Club and at a competitive price point. We cannot recommend Premier Construction too highly. We gutted our home for a total remodel and it is now one of the most beautiful we have seen in Morningside...or anywhere in the desert. ...And the project was actually enjoyable from start to finish.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””

The entire crew is knowledgeable and so helpful in getting things done in a timely manner. They do beautiful work and are very easy to work with. “We just had our second baby, and we wanted to convert some awkward space in our house into a small third bedroom. Coram's guys came in and took care of everything. They were friendly, professional, and they made sure we were happy with everything. They put in two walls, a door, moved a vent for some airflow, and put the crown molding up. They left the area clean, too, which was a huge plus. Was totally worth it, and now our baby has a quiet place to sleep! Super happy with the job they did.”

“Great service and quality of work. We wanted to have our house be painted and to get fresh and new look. David was the person that we dealt with and he gave us a great service. His employees came over and worked in several parts in the house. First they removed everything and covered and then after the part was completed, they moved to the next one... I didn't have any issue with them during or after the work was completed and I’m happy with the new look the house got. I would like to mention that David was the one that gave us several samples of color combinations (based on what we thought to have) and that saved us tons of time in figuring out what colors to use.”

“This was our first remodel, and it turned out to be more complicated than we expected. I was so glad we hired Tom. He was patient, fair, knowledgeable, and of the highest integrity. One of the benefits we hadn't anticipated was that, because of who he is, all his sub-contractors were also pleasant to work with and fair. Along the way there were two minor moments where a mistake was made (inevitable, on any large job). To my surprise both times Tom told me what had happened (I hadn't even noticed) and then even more surprisingly, explained that it was his fault and corrected them. Remodels are stressful, to say the least. It is a huge benefit to absolutely trust the contractor. I recommend him without reservation.”
