So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! “Scott, David and their subcontractors did a great jobs for us. The flooring crew took out the existing hard flooring, including both ceramic tile and pre-finished wood. They replaced them with continuous pre-finished wood through multiple rooms and kept the pattern perfect. The paint crew painted the entire interior of the house and made it look like new. Lastly, they replaced the carpet in several more rooms. During the construction, our regfrigerator went out and they helped us get it replaced as well. We could not be happier.”
