“Classic Construction recently re-sided my house and replaced all of the windows, doors and trim. i couldn't be happier with the results and the way they went about doing the work. The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us. They did the job on time and on budget and the finished product is great.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Magnolia just completed a master bathroom addition in our home; they were very thorough and thoughtful in their approach, ensuring all elements of the project were completed in a timely manner with an eye to highest quality finishes. They also put forward ideas for us to consider as the project evolved and offered alternatives that complimented the overall project. “Handy Hernz did a PHENOMENAL job when I asked them to provide me a quote to demo a wall in my living room. Then when I booked them for the job, they provided amazing insight, and expertise which let to the recommendation of an exposed beam and my wife and I absolutely loved the way it turned out! I highly recommend them, as we know a trustworthy GC is hard to come by, but Sebastian and his partner Gilberto are a class act. Thank you both as my home has been extremely enhanced thanks to the two of you.”

“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”
