They also put forward ideas for us to consider as the project evolved and offered alternatives that complimented the overall project. Chris was very accommodating and flexible on this 7 week project - overall very good to work with.”

“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “Words cannot descrbie what an amazing job Primavera did in creating my dream kitchen. From start to finish, Joe and Alex were hands on and dedicated to fulfilling every aspect of this project. Designing a kitchen was all new to me and their guidance and expertise assisted me in making this as stress-free as possible. Instead of a traditional "cookie cutter" kichen, I wanted something very funky and unique and Primavera did not disappoint - as evidenced by the before and after pictures below. Every day I walk into my kitchen is a blessing and it starts my day off right!”
