We had been warned to watch out for cost-cutting and corner-cutting, for delays, and for lots of problems. I am so happy to say that our experience couldn’t have been more different. We “interviewed” many other building companies, but from the moment we met with our team, we felt comfortable and excited about the process of building our dream home. We met initially with the sales team, Cynthia and Michelle, who showed us the options offered by Windward at the various price points. We had very specific hopes and ideas for our home, so they helped us find the floor plan that best suited our needs, and then the design team of Michelle and Jennifer (along with Brian, the owner), helped us “tweak” the plans, giving us our dream home!
