We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

The roof was very old and had multiple leaks that had been patched over a long period of time and there was a lot of damage. They did the job within the time they stated they would, and also within the quoted price. I also added a few items while they were working and they accommodated my request. The roof looks great, and the property was left as clean and neat around the house as it had been before the roofing began. I would hire them again!”
