“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). “Ken McGrath and his team completely remodeled one bathroom for me and did such a great job that I hired him to redo my master bath as well! Both bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt. Ken is so easy going and great to work with. He has a good design sense too. I was struggling with how I wanted to tile my shower and he made suggestions that turned out beautiful! There are a lot of decisions that have to be made in a complete redesign and Ken helped through the entire process. Ken pays a lot of attention to all details and it shows in the end product. He re-textured my entire bathroom ceiling and walls rather than patch up old texture and it came out beautiful -- it really modernized the bathroom. Ken always lets me know what time he plans to show up and has not been late once! He and his crew work very efficiently and I don't see them wasting any time. Ken also quoted me a very fair price. He is there every day doing the work alongside his crew. I was also impressed with all his crew members -- they are all very nice, professional, and easy to work with. I will continue to use Ken McGrath Construction in my future projects!”
