“We hired Rock Creek Construction to build a one car detached garage for us in 2014. A bid was received prior to construction and the final cost matched that bid. We were able to provide input into the bid and the construction such as style of door and windows as well as doing portions of the work ourselves and hiring our own electrical contractor. Rock Creek Construction was very flexible with these matters. All workers were courteous and professional and the job site was cleaned up after each day of activity. We would certainly hire Rock Creek Construction again for future projects.”

Used my existing cabinets and reconfigured into an open layout, painted the cabinets, removed a wall between the dining room and kitchen, hardwood floors, granite countertop, and tiled backsplash. They were very courteous and worked diligently to complete the job. There were no surprise overruns and kept within my budget. Very professional and up to date on the latest trends.”

“JL Exteriors Replaced some boards on the site of our house and repaired our chimney. They did it on time and for under their estimate. We haven't had a lead in our roof from the chimney since. In addition, the owner was in our neighborhood and we notified him that a nail had come loose on the boards. He fixed it immediately without even telling us...we noticed it a few days later. I would recommend JL Exteriors to anybody who asked.”

“From start to finish I could not imagine a better home building experience. Everything I asked for was done to perfection. Most importantly, they did not disappear once I had my keys in hand. They respond to my calls within minutes if they are unable to answer immediately. The finance work is done online so I knew everyday what the price of my house would be when we were finished. The quality of their work is impeccable. I could tell when I met the guys that actually were hammering the nails that this was their passion. No one was there just to collect a paycheck and go home. If I build another home in Lincoln, $200k to $20 million, I will call upon Ironwood again.”
