The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects. “Justin restored an old staircase that had been destroyed by a previous owner when the house was subdivided into multiple units. We were restoring the house back to its original form. The required steel reinforcement of the staircase, a carver recreating the destroyed curved railing, and workworkers turning new balusters. It all went well and the staircase came out great!”
