“From the beginning of the project we were impressed with the amount of time Bruce spent planning, estimating, and measuring for all the work that needed to be done before the project was even started. We had a large project that included damage from flooding and continued renovation of our home. During the renovation process Bruce and his staff kept to their committed schedule consistently. They managed their subcontractors (which is minimal) on a daily basis. All subcontractors were very polite and organized while treating our family and property with the utmost respect. Over the course of the project not only was the end result a wonderful job but we also developed friendships with Glenn, Bruce and staff.”

“David was called to complete our new wall with crown mold, floor trim and painting. It was a job we couldn’t tackle since part of it was over stairs. The wall had to be prepped before painting. David was prompt and finished within 2 weeks. I also added a door to be painted and changing the hinges. He didn’t hesitate to help. Job well done! Will definitely recommend to friends.”

“I had Preservation One install a lattice privacy fence around a large pre-existing deck. The fence is about 65 feet long total, and it is about 7' tall. They installed it in about 2 days, including the time it took for the concrete to cure (4x4 posts were set in the ground). Everything was done quickly and cleanly. James made some great suggestions that made the project turn out better than what I had originally drawn up. I'll probably have them back to do more work in the future.”
