“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “Carlos Arboleda is a contractor who is professional, patient and thoughtful. He wide knowledge of materials sources helped me create the look I was seeking. he often went above and beyond to solve problems and questions that came up and to reach the desired goal. I had hired Carlos and his team at a point months into my then floundering apartment renovation, not an easy way for them to begin. “A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”

“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

“Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment. I love my new kitchen and I thank them every time I walk into it., they are simply the best!”
