“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. We felt we could then and still can call him anytime with questions.”

“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. “Brian/Cody came in and removed a load bearing wall in our house that separated the living room/dining room/kitchen. They did a nice job and stuck to the original outlined cost of the project despite some complications with the town permitting process. They were helpful and answered all of our questions along the way. Our space looks completely different now and is just the way we hoped it would turn out”
