“A+ Construction Pro did an excellent bathroom remodel for us. A+ Construction Pro provided wonderful design and technical guidance and effectively coordinated the entire project. The contractor, Brendon, was extremely competent in all phases of implementation, demonstrating high standards and pride in workmanship. Contractor personnel was also respectful of our living space and very easy to work with during the project. In sum, we would definitely select A+ Construction Pro again, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to renovate a bathroom.”

“We hired Shayne and his crew to update our country kitchen. The old golden oak cabinets were removed and replaced with a light-bright open concept kitchen that included additional storage. He did an awesome job delivering a beautiful room in a short period of time.”

“This was a remodel of a 25 year old house. It included a new roof, siding on three sides of the exterior and painting of the exterior. The interior consisted of a completely new kitchen, and two bathrooms and painting of interior. New flooring was replaced in over half of the house. Nancy, my wife and I worked together with Michael Garcia to put together a plan that brought together our ideas to a really great finished project. Michael was not afraid to tackle difficult concepts and he provided many ideas that improved on our original concepts. As with any remodel problems occur and when they did Michael as the general contractor stepped in and solved the situation. I was pleased with his sub-contractors and the way they respected my house and property. His wife, a professional decorator was brought in to help my wife and I select the different tiles and countertops. She helped with selecting the style and with price saving ideas.”

“It's so important these days to select the right constractor for your kitchen remodel. I've heard the horror stories out there. After interviewing several contractors, I selected Guy Biggs Construction, a family owned business in Rocklin. I wasn't disappointed in my selection because the kitchen turned out to be gorgeous -- nicer than I could ever had imagined it to look to look like. I would recommend Guy Biggs Construction in a heart beat. The mark of a great construction business is to take the extra time with the details. Details like creating custom molding around both kitchen and laundryroom areas that I hadn't even requested. Details like repairing a badly dry rotted window and sill and reframing it to include a quartz sill to match the new quartz countertop. Any contractor that can make a very dark and little 70's kitchen look like a million dollars -- it's Guy Biggs Construction that would do it.”

“Ken McGrath and his team completely remodeled one bathroom for me and did such a great job that I hired him to redo my master bath as well! Both bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt. Ken is so easy going and great to work with. He has a good design sense too. I was struggling with how I wanted to tile my shower and he made suggestions that turned out beautiful! There are a lot of decisions that have to be made in a complete redesign and Ken helped through the entire process. Ken pays a lot of attention to all details and it shows in the end product. He re-textured my entire bathroom ceiling and walls rather than patch up old texture and it came out beautiful -- it really modernized the bathroom. Ken always lets me know what time he plans to show up and has not been late once! He and his crew work very efficiently and I don't see them wasting any time. Ken also quoted me a very fair price. He is there every day doing the work alongside his crew. I was also impressed with all his crew members -- they are all very nice, professional, and easy to work with. I will continue to use Ken McGrath Construction in my future projects!”
