“Santech construction was hired to undertake a major renovation of our property in Society Hill , Philadelphia . The scope of work involved a complete demolition of the interior of the house and a full renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new electrical , new plumbing , flooring, doors, staircase among others . Santech has exceeded our expectations . They were responsible, on time, profession and very respectful of our neighbors. The project took 9 months to complete and we really enjoyed working with Santech . They have a great attitude and work well with others . We would definitely recommend Santech to our friends and will be working with them again in the future.”

“Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit. Eduardo was very professional, easy to work with and his prices are great! I have used him for many other projects and will continue to use him in the future. “Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! What I can say is I do not trust many contractors to do the work, but Drew's professionalism and his work was A+ along with his reliability. “I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

工務店は住宅に関する相談から、設計、施工、完成まで一貫して引き受けることが多いです。新築から増改築やリフォームまで、家づくりに関わるあらゆることで強い味方となります。
