“Pamela provided a full service from helping to choose colour schemes, fabrics, upholstery and blinds/curtains/shutters. Pamela is perceptive with my taste and helped to provide fabrics that would work with both the room, light and room usage. I am thrilled with the choices made along with quality of workmanship. “Ethel Upholstery did a great job for us on a penthouse we were fitting out. We needed some cushioned wall panels for the backs of some cupboards which also doubled as a room divider. The dimensions and sequence of the panels was crucial but they did it all perfectly and on schedule. They were very professional to deal with and I could highly recommend them.”

“I commissioned Sumptuous Furnishing to re upholster an old sofa and armchair. This involved replacing springs, stuffing and re covering. The quality of service throughout was excellent. I received expert advice from someone who was clearly passionate about what they do and has a flair for being creative whilst practical. They went out of their way to guide me through the various decisions before undertaking the project, provided a fair quote and stuck to their deadline. I was very impressed with the result, I now have a comfortable, hard wearing, smart looking sofa and chair and cant believe I put mending them off for so long. It was all so easy in the end! Thank you, and would definitely recommend to others.”

“Wanita knows her craft well and is priced fairly. She takes on all the work herself and one can tell it's a labour of love. While I was undecided on fabric, she spent ample amounts of time sharing swatches until we agreed on the best choice. On top of that she meticulously cleaned and stained the frame at no additional cost. This is not a rush job sort of place, but if its a piece you care about she will go above and beyond putting forth time and attention.”

“I used Cocoon Upholstery services for the first time on the recommendation of a friend (amazing what good recommendations can turn into) - I had what I thought was an old tatty chair. I was determined that it was going in the skip. I was then persuaded to give it to Cocoon Upholstery because it was a genuine old chair and maybe they could do something with it that may give back it's old life. Well, all I can say is that I am so relieved that it didn't go to the skip! The chair has been restored to its former glory and given a new lease of life. I now use it as my go-to reading chair. Another bonus is that the chair is an original Howard Keith chair made in the 1950s and worth a decent sum of money. That's so good to know, but I will not be selling this chair thanks to the professional care it has received from Cocoon Upholstery and the TLC at no extra cost. Highly recommend Cocoon Upholstery's services because here you have a company with an authentic approach to making you fall in love with your furniture again and being kinder to the environment!”
