She went out of her - scheduling and rescheduling the Fedex pickup - and kept me posted on what was happening. yesterday, the roads were clear and Fedex picked up the large package. i understand people can have varying experiences working with companies who sell their products over the internet. as buyers, our lasting memory will be how the seller reacts when the things don't go as planned. at least in my case, the seller reacted professionally, and with courtesy.”
