“We are repeat customers having purchased pressure treated furniture some 25 years ago from their small store and recently purchased PVC deck furniture from their much larger store and location. The growth is a testament to their great customer service. They take a lot of time to show you their products either stock items or what can be ordered. The delivery and setup was very professional. And the quality and price both excellent. Their store stocks a wide variety of lawn and deck items, grills, umbrellas, you name it. Highly recommend for all your outdoor, backyard needs!”

Her customer service is impeccable and she sees every sale through to the end user and makes sure there is 100% customer satisfaction. “I went to the Annapolis city center because it was a nice day and my family wanted to walk around and I came away stunned with this store. Its basically a fun mix between a furniture store and a William Sonoma or Bed Bath and Beyond. They have tons of neat glassware and gift ideas for our friends and what seems like an unlimited amount of patio furniture and tasteful man-cave items like bars, pool tables, game tables etc. We ended up browsing around for 20 minutes or so and spoke to a few salespeople who were all very polite. We walked out with Christmas gifts for a few of our friends and certainly will be back to see what they have next time we're looking for indoor or outdoor fun.”

“Kathleen was absolutely wonderful. I decided to move to a bigger place in the middle of a pandemic and needed some new furniture. I emailed her and told her the specifications of what I was looking for. She sent me pictures of what was available and described each piece. They even do delivery! So I never had to leave my house and I ended up with a beautiful cabinet that meets my needs and fits perfectly in the space I had for it. I would highly recommend you check out Urban Interiors.”

“Working with Ms. Thompson has been great. My living room was transformed from a dark unused space, to a friendly, fabulous living area, great for parties.
