“Late last summer my outdoor gas firepit just stopped lighting. An HVAC service person determined that the igniter was corroded and needed to be replaced. I called the manufacturer of the unit with the part number and was happy to hear they had the part on hand. However, they would not sell it to me as an end user. They gave me the name of some dealers in our region but I could not get any traction with any of them until I called Fire House Casual Living. Donnie Owens took my information and followed up with gusto! The manufacturer representative at first told him that they did not sell the replacement part but Donnie refused to accept this answer knowing that I had already confirmed availability. He then worked through technical support to properly identify and order the needed part for me. As I anticipate evenings this summer out by my firepit with friends and family, I am very thankful to have found a company that provides outstanding customer service!”

I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality furnishings, you may pay a bit more in some cases but, you’re also getting your $’s worth, plus, be treated highly by a woman that knows how to run her business. I like her personality, honesty, she kept in contact w/ me throughout the entire months, updating me on any current news about my furniture. I could call or email at any time & she would always respond in a timely fashion. I would do business w/ CLASSY COTTAGE AGAIN. Also, I would recommend them if asked about; where I purchased my latest furniture. I haven’t been able to take any photographs ( waiting for my son to help in that ) hopefully, I’ll get to that. Going to Ladonna's is like going to a decorative arts museum where you can take find something extraordinary for your own home. Lamps with great style and patina, affordable gorgeous fabric, items of LaDonna's design (the coffee table I got is unlike any I have seen), unusual chairs, sconces, and fabulous small pieces like shells and bowls.”

There is a wood shop on site where you can see the beautiful, custom, furniture being created. Wonderful skills, great service, beautiful results.”
