There is a wood shop on site where you can see the beautiful, custom, furniture being created. Wonderful skills, great service, beautiful results.”

As a busy local designer, having a one-stop shop full of last minute touches for my clients is a time saver and delight ! I never walk out empty handed. I have said it before and I'll say it again, "the accessories make the room look complete, personal and special," and finding those things is the highlight of my day. “Late last summer my outdoor gas firepit just stopped lighting. An HVAC service person determined that the igniter was corroded and needed to be replaced. I called the manufacturer of the unit with the part number and was happy to hear they had the part on hand. However, they would not sell it to me as an end user. They gave me the name of some dealers in our region but I could not get any traction with any of them until I called Fire House Casual Living. Donnie Owens took my information and followed up with gusto! The manufacturer representative at first told him that they did not sell the replacement part but Donnie refused to accept this answer knowing that I had already confirmed availability. He then worked through technical support to properly identify and order the needed part for me. As I anticipate evenings this summer out by my firepit with friends and family, I am very thankful to have found a company that provides outstanding customer service!”

“My wife and I first shopped at Tyndall's about 14 years ago when we spotted a friend's furniture that had been replaced due to a fire. It was so elegant. Several years later we moved and wanted to get nice furniture. We arrived at the store and we were kindly greeted by a sales person that really made us feel at home. We were never rushed, and patience was the order of the day. This made for a very pleasant experience. The showroom was large, but they have access to so much more. In the last number of years they have added a huge additional showroom near Ft. Mill, SC. After 14 years nothing has changed. A few different people, but their business model remains the same: be kind, patient, and helpful. This time we purchased a sofa and bed. Same exact experience and this is why we will keep going back.”

“Not going to the Paris flea market , no problem. You will fine gorgeous one of a kind pieces here and kindness from the knowledgeable staff. Going to Ladonna's is like going to a decorative arts museum where you can take find something extraordinary for your own home. Lamps with great style and patina, affordable gorgeous fabric, items of LaDonna's design (the coffee table I got is unlike any I have seen), unusual chairs, sconces, and fabulous small pieces like shells and bowls.”
