“Over the years I have wandered into Grace, but have always been a little intimidated to do any real shopping there - always figured it was too expensive. In search of a new bed worthy of an adult, I bit the bullet and decided to give Grace a try. What a pleasant surprise! Surprise #1 - I got a fantastic new bed, which truth be told was a little expensive. However, on sale it was totally comparable to other pieces I had seen at bigger retailers and the quality was soooo much better. No buyer's remorse here. Surprise #2 - The salesperson was extremely friendly. Not that I expected to be ignored, but the service was way better that what I expected from a high end Brentwood store that typically caters to people willing to spend a lot more money than I did. Surprise #3 - The BEST delivery service I have ever had. The guys were on time and literally wore gloves while they were meticulously setting up the bed. The worst part of the experience is that the list of new furniture I now covet has grown substantially. Time for a bigger house.”

“Let me start by saying I'm totally pleased with RoveConcepts. Rove has exceptional service and most importantly beautiful reproduction. I bought customized Eames lounge chair in Palermo olive full aniline leather. I was worried that the photos online were of an actual Herman Miller Eames Lounge and that the product I received would differ, they're not and it doesn't. Time will tell, I suppose, but the craftsmanship seems to be to be exact as what I saw in local store here called EQ3. This customer leather is outstandingly comfortable, 'Feel-Good' leather! The walnut veneer is, to me, much more attractive than usual rosewood as well. I am totally satisfied and my wife is quite happy for this new item in our space for pennies compared to regular priced herman miller. For 15% of the price I got 99 % of the quality and it looks awesome from any angle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again.”

“We just received the sofa we ordered from Sofa Works and are very pleased with the results. We wanted a design from the Design Within Reach website and the sofa is an exact match, with a fabric that would not have been available at DWR. Plus, for the price we were able to add a matching ottoman!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Paul, Karrie and Debbie many, many times over the last several years. The custom built sofas and chairs made for our home are wonderful. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The Sofa Guy has a large selection of fabrics and trims, along with the designing eyes of helpful employees, makes sofa shopping a joy.”

“Huge showroom of dining sets, bar stools, and living rooms. Prices range to fit every budget, from inexpensive to the highest end. Designer, Peter Cass works with you to design the furniture that you like and will spend whatever time it takes to create the look you want. You can bring photos of what you like and have it made by Sitting Pretty for a fraction of the cost. They have an entire room full of sample fabrics. Peter will make certain your furniture is perfect before he accepts it for delivery. The delivery crew is top notch. They are extremely careful in making sure your items are handles like fine china. They don't just deliver your items, they place them and set them up and make sure they are part of your home, in the exact place you want them. They send employees from their store and do not use an outside delivery company.”

“Well, let me just say that Michelle Lasky-Nielsen is the most outstanding designer; quick, efficient, has a wealth of knowledge and has an excellent design sense. I moved into my new apartment and vowed I would only bring in furniture that I loved. And, believe me, everything Michelle helped me select, I LOVE! Their delivery was superb. “We purchased the Theseus ping pong table and absolutely love everything about it. The kids love having a ping pong table, and I love that it looks like a piece of stunning furniture. The net and brackets come off completely, so when we have parties, we use it as an extra dining table. The customer service was amazing - from the first email to our white glove installation, we were handheld through the process. Could not recommend this company more.”
