“Re: Crosslinks 20" Teak wood folding shower seat bench Part# HOM501102. Looks even better than we expected! Only one question: What kind of caulking do you recommend? Pro Installer tried a white silicon but it looked terrible so I removed it. The gap is quite large between cap and wall. Is that normal? Does it have to have caulking? The cap moves a little but thought that had something to do with making the seat stay up when not in use. Contractor threw directions away so can't refer to that info. Any chance you can email them to me? Thanks G. Callahan”

“Greg and his team at Oak-Land Custom Fireplaces, Inc. fully remodeled my home. Their skills and expertise cover a wide range of services, beyond fireplaces. In addition to providing a beautiful new fireplace/mantle and adjoining bookshelves, Oak-Land also fabricated beautiful new cutom kitchen cabinetry, new bathroom vanities, custom tile work, new hardwood flooring, etc. There is nothing they cannot do! I have heard several horror stories about other contractors, but Oak-Land was clean, timely, respectful, and understanding about what my wife and I wanted... and trust me, we can be picky and difficult at times. I HIGHLY recommend Oak-Land for your next project, however big or small it may be. -Billy”

“We hired Cal-Mantel to do custom pre-cast mantels on our 207 Homer Street Project back in 2009. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. “Studio Design Works is awesome. As far as customer service goes, Haley was unbelievable to work with. VERY professional, very responsive, sweet and gave excellent customer service. Top of the line! We dealt with many different vendors/subs during our construction and she is at the top of the list! As far as product quality, excellent construction, lots of style and material choices, on time production, great price. Overall A+ on both quality and service. I would highly recommend Studio Design Works to anyone!”

“I hired Shawn at StoneCast Formations to create / install a fireplace door in my family room and I couldn't be happier with the result. Shawn was quick to return my call and he came out the very next day to take measurements and give me a quote. In less than two weeks from our initial correspondence my fireplace door was installed and my mantel finally looks finished! StoneCast Formations is reasonably priced and their products are incredibly high-end. My family and friends can't believe what a difference the fireplace door makes in the overall look of the room. As a contractor/ design firm that has installed over 100 fire elements in Chicago we need an outdoor product that can stand up to the most volatile weather conditions and still be highly functional. You can find Firegear products in both residential and commercial applications, on grade in the landscape and 38 floors up in a chicago high rise. If you need a fire element Firegear is the first and last phone call you will have to make.”
