I really can't say enough good things about the products and the customer service. The customer service is literally the best I've ever received from any company. Sara Ward is a treasure! And I'm sure the other representatives are equally good. If you need something quickly - she does it; if you need suggestions - she's knowledgeable; if you have a problem - she fixes it immediately! You would think that you would pay a premium for all this, but I found that the prices at Blazing Glass were less than the other sites I visited, and when I asked questions of the others I received little to no help. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier - at least when it comes to your fire pit or fireplace - go to Blazing Glass!!!!”
