“My wife, Elaine and I want to thank you for the excellent sales and customer service and price that you gave us when purchasing our Fireplace Xtrordinair Gas Fireplace insert with Metropolitan Face Design and Ember-Fyre Log Set. It looks great and works very efficiently. However, we will feel the full impact of it when the heating season starts again and we turn on the gas fireplace insert to generate some warmth and heat.
