“I was looking for as realistic looking electric wood stove. It had to be made of steel plate or cast iron as it was to replace my wood burning stove. I searched all over and found that what I wanted wasn't readily available in the US but mainly in the UK. Cackle Fireplaces showed a cast iron electric stove that seemed to meet my needs. I contacted them and was sent further information helping me to decide which of the two units would be best. Carl at Cackle Fireplaces was available to answer every question and the price offered was the best anywhere. I chose the Sierra Flame E-50 Cast Iron Freestand Electric Fireplace which was made of cast iron and had a fire that was very realistic looking. Shipping was free and very quick even with shipping delays. The unit arrived in a very well made crate. The driver placed it in my garage and I brought it inside to assemble. Assembly was very easy and the Fireplace works well and looks great. I'm very happy with the Fireplace. The heater keeps the room at a nice warm temperature and the fire and logs look good. I highly recommend Cackle Fireplaces to anyone looking for quality products at a great price with fantastic service.”
