“My husband and I decided to build our entire kitchen remodel around Francois & Co's pewter wrapped range hood! It is a stunning work of art, and is always the first thing people mention when coming in full view of our new kitchen. There was, however, a misunderstanding initially. Our hood was fabricated incorrectly and the error was a costly one with really no one to blame. We felt like we were clear about what we wanted, but failed to read and understand the prefab plans...It is my understanding this issue went to the top, and was resolved so graciously. At no additional cost the hood was remade to our complete satisfaction and quickly I might add! Staff was wonderful and the warehouse was fascinating! We are thrilled with our range hood and with Francois & Co.”
