We had some builder issues on our house and despite a difficult deadline, Sonia (the President) and her brilliant, French stone artist husband, Olivier, finished a gorgeous fireplace that adds enormously to our home. They were a delight to work with. The fireplace was reasonably priced, and the two installers who brought it from Chicago to St. Louis could not have been more skilled, careful, and great to deal with. “Normally I would never take the time to write a review about a company but in this case I am extremely impressed! I hire Northwest Metalcraft to remove my existing fireplace and install a Mendota direct vent fireplace with a new stone surround. The two gentleman that came to install it (Ron and Scott) were very polite, clean, and professional! The job they did was amazing and was performed on time and above expectation. “Excellent inspection of our fireplace. Very professional & honest. Inspected the fireplace inside and out making sure to cover carpet, shoes with inspection. Showed us via a camera what the fireplace shaft looked like, what needed to be done. We required repairs due to the storm that went through our town.”
