“From our online request for an estimate to inspecting the finished installations, Malfettone was totally professional. We requested installation of (1) recessed lighting in the living and dining rooms; (2) a wall sconce in the living room; (3) two new electrical outlets; and (4) a hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detector. He was very responsive and was able to assess what was needed via a videochat, which was especially helpful during covid. His team completed the work in a speedy manner and we appreciate the efforts they made to clean up (vacuum, wipe surfaces, organize trash) afterwards. They even helped us install an outlet pro bono! Ilya was especially quick and helpful in getting all required documents for us to obtain permission for this work from our condo board. We did note that they arrived an hour and half later than the intended time and we had to follow up after a while to get an idea of where they were/expected timing.
