They do have good products and very good quality wood they are using on their doors. I just picked up a new closet door from my daughter's bedroom and we both love it! Sometimes they have very random and unique items in their clearance section that is majorly discounted. I will highly recommend ETO Doors to everyone who needs new doors. “I needed to upgrade the closet doors in my home and compared Interior Door and Closet Company (ID&CC) to a competitor after receiving both of their fliers in the mail. The representative ID&CC sent out do the estimate was highly superior to that of the competitor. He knew the product well, could describe what kind of wood they used, the process for building the doors, and timing on delivery. I almost felt like it was his own company vs. the competitor who seemed more like a sales guy who didn't really understand much detail about the product. The ID&CC rep gave me a fair estimate and didn't try to upsell me. I ended up getting the mirrored doors framed by wood - they are so elegant and I get so many compliments on them. The installation team that came to install the doors was super professional, thorough, and left everything clean. I am super happy that I chose this company as they deliver a quality product and excellent customer service. I had never heard of them prior to getting their flier in the mail and checking Yelp reviews. I don't give a 5-star recommendation out very easily. I paid a little bit more to use this company but I am someone who puts a high value on quality and customer service. You get what you pay for!”

They provided excellent customer service throughout the process for me to find the perfect affordable, yet totally modern and in style doors for my office. I wanted something unique and wanted vertical glass from top to bottom along with a gray wood finish. In researching the options, my designer found their site. Through the process, we went through a few different contractors, and in the end, they sent their own installer to help with the job for a reasonable price. They were knowledgeable, delightful to work with. At our Ribbon Cutting, everyone raved over them.”
