“Did some work for this company. I have installed there product several times with no problems. Customer service is very knowledgeable and excellent. This is a very cool product and would highly recommend it. They give detail drawings of your project along with there own "How to's", something that you don't see very often in my field of installation. A DIYer can install this product.”

“It has been a pleasure working with Pacific Rim. Our project was a very complicated window and exterior metal door package. The cost for supply and installation was pushing $400,000. The window and door frame product was Fleetwood. The insulated glass units were mostly triple glazed and were from 3-different vendors. We simply could not have done this project without Pacific Rim. They have helped us from the first estimate to the last piece of glass installed. Our company and I would definitely work with them again in the future.”
