“We hired Arciform nine years ago to remodel our kitchen and add some touches to the adjoining rooms. The work itself was excellent; the people we worked with were top notch; and with one exception the sub-contractors were excellent as well. With regards to the exception, Arciform not only apologized but gave us a slight discount in that area of work and let us know they would no longer be working with the gentleman in question. Our first bid from Arciform came in about 20% over what we wanted to spend. Unlike the other company we were considering, Arciform didn't try to pressure us but spent several hours with us re-working the bid and showing us what could be eliminated at what cost. Highly recommend. Nine years later we continue to love our kitchen and find it a joy to be in.”

“Encircle Design and Build was a wonderful choice for us. Michelle and Klaas met with us several times to make sure they understood what we wanted. They also guided us into some very good choices when we were having trouble deciding. The tear-down went very efficiently. The men who worked on it were courteous and very careful and neat. Each aspect of the job went smoothly. Encircle stayed within budget, except for changes made by us. Each change was discussed and we received accurate costs for these. I can't recommend Encircle Design and Build enough. One day we will re-do the kitchen and they will be the first people we call.”

“Mary Miksch has been a delight to work with on our kitchen remodel. She is professional and highly organized. Mary is kind, patient, a keen listener and an excellent communicator. Throughout the design process, Mary kept us on schedule, but was also flexible and helpful when we were stumped by certain design decisions. During the design phase, Mary met with us every two weeks, and many times, after 5:00 pm or on a Saturday so that my husband and I could both be there. She is extremely accommodating. After our design was finished and subcontractors bid on the job, we learned that we had some structural problems in the attic. The support beams needed to be corrected and fortified as part of our kitchen remodel. Mary creatively incorporated the structural requirements into an amended design in the most cost effective and aesthetic way possible.”

We had an existing finished section of the basement in desperate need of an update, but it had some features we liked which Matt was very sensitive to helping us keep the good parts. He was very responsive and kept us informed on the project and was able to break out the various pieces so we could decide what should be included in the final project. The project included a new basement bathroom with a shower in a small space and the design he came up with was everything we hoped for. Very happy with the result.”

リノベーションとは
