Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. “I have been providing design services for Berry Design build on an ongoing basis since 2008. They initially came to me to help them work through design and construction issues on small renovation projects. And, as their design/build business has grown and their projects have become larger to include custom homes, they have continued to include me in the process. Because of their extensive background in residential real estate and market trends and pricing they are able to bring a unique expertise to the table that most of the contractors and design/build firms I have worked with simply do not posses. Their advantage to the homeowner during the design phase is that they can guide them as to where to best spend their money so as to not only get the desired features in the house, but also to ensure the resale value will be there when it's time to sell. And, as an added bonus, they are magnificent with colors and materials both interior and exterior and spend the time necessary to ensure the end product meets the wishes of their clients. As a firm they are extremely easy to work with, are thorough to a fault, and go more than the extra mile to make their clients happy. They have subcontractors and suppliers they work with on a regular basis which translates quality work and competitive pricing. リノベーションとは
