“After seeing some work done by MIH Consulting, we were able to meet with Dia Hunter to discuss our basement project. Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. Dia Hunter managed and monitored the project very closely and the end result was a finished basement that we are most pleased with. Mr. Hunter's professional and meticulous nature bode well for a pleasing and flawless result. Resist the temptation to manage your own project and work with a professional. “Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”

“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. “We had a bad water leak at our house, resulting in our entire main level needing repairs. NUHU came right out and took us under their wing. Their expertise with homes definitely shows. I was not sure of what we wanted, as we were not planning for repairs, and they delivered beyond what we would have ever dreamed we would have in our own home.
