The transformation was amazing, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience of their digital interior design services. From the very beginning, Haley made the process seamless and enjoyable. Despite opting for the digital package; as I was local, I was offered a face-to-face consultation with her, adding a personal touch to the experience. Haley's ability to grasp my vision and truly understand my preferences set the tone for a collaborative partnership. What stood out to me was Haley's attention to detail and her commitment to tailoring the design to reflect my personality. The initial spaces were dark and lacked character, but with Haley's expertise, they have been infused with warmth, style, and a touch of my own identity. One of the most valuable aspects of the service was the comprehensive package I received. Haley provided a thoughtfully curated colour palette, a mood board that perfectly captured the desired ambiance, and a detailed shopping list encompassing everything needed to bring the concept to life. “Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“I used Tom and Chris for my new extension to my bungalow. From the very first meeting with them to signing off the job I could not praise their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and general “can do attitude” high enough. They put my mind at ease, explaining building terms and what everything meant. Whenever they said they were coming they did, they kept me totally up to date with all aspects of the work and never, ever let me down. I live alone and it’s the first time I have ever done anything to my house on this scale and they totally put my mind at rest throughout the project which I think is very important. They kept everything on time and there were no nasty surprises with the budget (which to me is very important). “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”

“Having a business which which provides a high quality of service with meticulous attention to detail I have particularly high standards when it comes to photographing property and fulfilling the requirements of the most discerning of clients. It is therefore a pleasure to find a company who also work to these ideals and standards. I have been fortunate to work with Express in the Home on quite a number of occasions and I can honestly say their standard of work and attention to detail are second to none. I have heard nothing but great reports from all the home owners I have worked with, and all of the properties I have photographed have been extremely impressive and tastefully designed. They are an innovative and forward thinking company, and a growing company, and often when a company grows they lose that personal touch, but that is most certainly not the case with Express in the Home. They treat every project and every client individually to create something unique and bespoke, maintaining their high standard of service and quality to every installation. I have been very fortunate to photograph some of their top projects around the country, and I look forward to not only working with them but having some work done by them on our house in the future. “I have worked with the Stephen Neall Group on two large projects. On both occasions they were extremely professional, always quick to come back with plans and flexible when I made any changes. They are concise about costs and no job is too difficult for them to solve, especially when property renovation may uncover an unexpected problem and that needs solving before things can move forward. They work very well pulling in a team of trusted contractors to work on all aspects of property renovation and all those contractors are really nice people. There were regular and efficient updates right the way through the projects so I never worried whether I needed to chase them on anything. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future if I have any further work I need doing.”

“We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”

“I recently had some extensive work carried out throughout my property, which is normally a complete mine field for me as I am very ill experienced within trade duties! I contacted Tom at 1016 Developments and he promptly visited me to discuss my requirements in further detail. I was a little unsure of what I actually wanted and Tom gave me some excellent ideas which were also very cost effective. Tom's positive approach made this very comforting for me, which made me feel like I was in great hands without any need to show a concern over any aspect of the imminent work needed to be carried out. As the work was carried out, Tom and his employees spared no hesitance at maintaining a clean working environment by ensuring all carpet flooring was covered in industrial PVC and all tool stations were respectfully tidy. When the work was complete, I was amazed at the transformation of my property! The detail was outstanding and adhered to everything we had discussed prior to the work commencing! Furthermore, you wouldn't have known they were there at all due to the cleanliness and professionalism of the overall service. I have already recommended Tom to several friends and work colleagues and I hold 1016 Developments with high regards for excellent work, competitive prices, punctuality and overall attitude! リノベーションとは
