“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“The guys did an amazing job designing and remodeling my home. They gave me and my wife a new kitchen that we absolutely love. They re-did the stairs with these custom cable railings that look like falling rain. They did the fireplace and crafted their own live edge mantle. They did so much to our home it's too much to list. I sold it (for a huge profit thanks to Santa Barbara Builders) and now I live in Texas. I like them so much I invited them to come with me and build us another home. I really considered quitting the Army to go into business flipping homes. It's not everyday you find such a great contracting outfit. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Robert Meckauer worked on several projects for us over the years. Our last project was a challenge, since our house was built in the 40's. We hired Robert to both do the Architect work as well as General Contractor. This was great for us, since he was able to keep the subcontractors on point and keep costs inside the budget. Even with changes we made, he was able to make our dream come true! He uses local talent and artists for finish carpentry and painting as well as local plumbers, tile and electricians. We are so happy with our project!”

“I worked on an architectural photo-shoot at one of the properties Drammer Construction had completed. Very professional company, with extremely polite workers that possessed incredible attention to detail. Remarkable craftsmanship and worked well with clients and other professionals. They accommodated all of our needs to have a successful photo-shoot. Helping to re-arrange furniture and providing cleaning equipment to wipe down windows and floors for some perfect shots. All help provided was done pleasantly, willingly and without any attitude or negativity. Highly recommend Drammer Construction.”

“We used Intergal Design to draw our plans and be our general contractor for our project. Our project a three story beach house, 3,200 square feet, roof deck, and elevator. Intergal Design having built many simalar houses in our we were able to talk to the owners to ask questions like pro's and cons of intergal design and what would you chage or do different with your home. Having this being our first custom home project we were not going to tackel this one even though it was expensive but well worth the money. Using intergal design made the plan approval process smooth and in a timely manner local knolledge. Before starting any project you need to first know can i afford this project. Intergal Design sat down with us producing a spread sheet that showed all items of the project that have a cost ie. demo, surveyor, soil study, structural etc. Seeing houses that have been build by Intergal Design having simular size and floor plans with simular appliances and design we had a good indication what the project would be bugeted for plus or minus 10 %. With any company who you choose you must have an open line of communication and you can tell alot about a company by the way your questions are answered plain english and if the answer comes with multiple suggestions. One item is that this company was open for receiving other bids from contractors that he normally didnt work with but be careful every bid you have done is at a cost because the general has to make additional sets of plans for the bidding contractor. Be careful that the biding companies don't know what your budget is for the item that their bidding on conflict of interest. Would I use this company again Intergal Design in Ventura ca Yes. One thing that I was uncertain about was having the arcitect also be are general. It was nice having the same person to talk to with all the issues and the subs couldn't get away with anything the might of missed because our general drew the plans nice. One item you must always say when the general suggests someting is it an extra or is in the budget.”
