“Cutting Edge designed and built our basement remodel. They started with unfinished space and re-engineered load bearing walls to open it up. We now how have a wet bar, built in TV wall and shelving, a full bath, a wine closet, and space for an air hockey table. In addition, they replaced countertops in our kitchen and replaced our master bath shower. The end result is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch. As is typical with this type of project, we had some scheduling delays and minor cost overruns, but we are very happy with the finished project.”

“White Birch Builders is a rarity these days. This company combines superb craftsmanship with lots of personal attention. My new home was built on-time, on-budget despite one of the worst winters in recent memory. Everyone who visits my new home has been very impressed. I was amazed at how attentive to detail all of the White Birch staff. was. No cutting corners with them. They take great pride in their work. I was amazed at how they took such care—even with things that will never be seen. I never had to check up on them to make sure they were staying on task. “We are delighted with the addition and improvements Steve Norman of MasterWorks Fine Home Renovations made to our home. We had the basic ideas about what we wanted to do which we reviewed with Steve. He worked with us to further develop our ideas, then provided architectural renderings of what we had collaborated on. The design was beautiful and perfectly matched the both the style of our home and those in our neighborhood. After making a few minor tweaks we finalized the designs (as there were three separate aspects to our home redo ) and budgets. MasterWorks then began deconstructing and reconstructions portions of our home. The final results which MasterWorks produced are spectacular. Great execution and attention to detail. We especially found Steve's incremental and timely suggestions and advice about when and what to decide upon regarding interim necessities such as doors, windows, screening, hardware, flooring, paint colors, lighting, et cetera helpful so we didn't feel overwhelmed with the magnitude of decisions we had to make. We are very pleased with the quality not just of the design but the workmanship as well. We're not the only ones who are delighted; our neighbors and even occasional passersby still frequently comment on how gorgeous our house looks. We love what MasterWorks did for us. We highly recommend that you consider them for your next home remodeling project.”

“We contracted The Johnson Group to build our cottage on a small lake. Before selecting them we spoke with numerous other builders and considered contracting it ourselves. We selected them for a number of reasons which all proved to be correct in the end. It took eight months from the time we first spoke with them until we signed a contract and they were there to assist and answer any questions through the entire time. When our discussions first started all we had was an idea from a home we had once been in and a lousy hand drawn sketch and they worked with us to bring it to fruition. As cost was important to us, they they worked with us to design something that fulfuilled our dreams and stayed within our budget. Since we have started the building process they have looked above and beyond for ways to save money and any savings they have found they have passed directly along to us. They have established relationships with suppliers that enable them to purchase quality materials at wholesale prices. This was a key factor in our decision to utilize their services rather than doing this project on our own. This isn't the first home we've built, it isn't the first contractor we've worked with, but it is truly the one we'd recommend first.”

リノベーションとは
