“We have been very pleased with the addition/ kitchen remodel Distinctive Design/Build/Remodel completed for us. We outgrew our previous kitchen space and I had been frustrated with many aspects of the kitchen design. Vince and Erin listened to the challenges we had in our old space and came up with a design that has worked out as we had hoped for our new space. I love my kitchen again and we really enjoy our additional sunroom and mudroom space. The flow and ample storage areas work out well for our large family. All of the team, including subcontractors, were polite and safety conscious which was important with 4 children from 4 to 12 around the home. We were kept up to date regarding progress and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The remodel took a little bit longer than expected, and we were a little naive about the energy it took to move items within our house and live with upheaval for a time, however the results were well worth it!!!”

“Good customer service and quality products are hard to come by thesedays, but the folks at DiFabion Remodeling deliver on both counts and more. We first hired this group to convert our sun beaten deck into a porch 2 years ago and we are still thrilled with what we got. The process was painless since the project was methodically scheduled and kept. The cost was clearly conveyed up front and that's what we paid in the end. Our new porch is now our favorite room of the house and we continue to get compliments and requests to spend time in this space that looks like it was an original part of the house. Communication is prompt and honest with this company and the workers are polite and trustworthy and talented at what they do. We have recently invited this crew back into our house for the more extensive remodeling of all our bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. With 3 bathrooms beautifully completed, we expect to remain happy customers as the remainder of our spaces are transformed with care and expertise. We cannot recommend this group enough.”

“I am very excited to share the experience I had while working with Inna as she inspired me to remodel my kitchen with a fresh, new feel. My husband and I have wanted to renovate the kitchen since we bought our home, and Inna has helped turn that desire into a vision. She has developed a wonderful new plan to increase our working space while also allowing for better flow between the kitchen and eating areas, even though our space is limited. “Brian McClellan went above and beyond in his work for me! He remodeled my bedroom and everything was top-notch. Custom design & carpentry, custom ceiling with custom carpentry and glitter finish, vintage-looking custom headboard, and hand-carved door! I couldn't believe how he utilized such little space I had and somehow managed to make my closet bigger (and customize it) while not subtracting substantial space in my bedroom. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. In fact, I was beyond satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian & Carolina Fine Carpentry to anyone. You will not be disappointed, you will be impressed!”

“Our second project with Tom, Mike, and their crew. We had Designers Choice add a two story addition to our home in 2009. It was a good experience. We moved to Cornelius two years ago, and had them back to add a sunroom to our new house. Same as before, high quality, attention to detail, I wasn’t surprised in that most of the crew were the same men that worked on our addition years ago, good people taking pride in their work. I am a Human Resource Director, that is some very impressive employee retention.”

“With Michael Cassidy as general contractor and all-around craftsman, we added an outdoor room, completely remodeled our kitchen and sunroom into one large room, moved our laundry room, regraded our property to take care of water problems, oversaw a new driveway, designed and built outdoor stairs, retaining walls and patio. Inside, Michael took out three walls and raised a roof. He also remodeled our fireplace to cover the brick. The result is stunning. He did a lot of the work himself: floor and backsplash tile, hardwood flooring, custom carpentry, and stonework. Though the project took six months, I was only out of a kitchen (which went to the studs) nine weeks. He was the first one here in the mornings and the last one to leave at night, leaving our property neat and spotless even when piles of dirt were being moved. He stays on the job, hiring and overseeing subcontracted workers every day, all day. We used a kitchen designer but not an architect. Michael is a perfectionist in his work and a kind person as well. We cannot say enough in recommending this excellent builder. Our home looks beautiful.”

リノベーションとは
