“I used Tom and Chris for my new extension to my bungalow. From the very first meeting with them to signing off the job I could not praise their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and general “can do attitude” high enough. They put my mind at ease, explaining building terms and what everything meant. Whenever they said they were coming they did, they kept me totally up to date with all aspects of the work and never, ever let me down. I live alone and it’s the first time I have ever done anything to my house on this scale and they totally put my mind at rest throughout the project which I think is very important. They kept everything on time and there were no nasty surprises with the budget (which to me is very important). “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”

“I recently had some extensive work carried out throughout my property, which is normally a complete mine field for me as I am very ill experienced within trade duties! I contacted Tom at 1016 Developments and he promptly visited me to discuss my requirements in further detail. I was a little unsure of what I actually wanted and Tom gave me some excellent ideas which were also very cost effective. Tom's positive approach made this very comforting for me, which made me feel like I was in great hands without any need to show a concern over any aspect of the imminent work needed to be carried out. As the work was carried out, Tom and his employees spared no hesitance at maintaining a clean working environment by ensuring all carpet flooring was covered in industrial PVC and all tool stations were respectfully tidy. When the work was complete, I was amazed at the transformation of my property! The detail was outstanding and adhered to everything we had discussed prior to the work commencing! Furthermore, you wouldn't have known they were there at all due to the cleanliness and professionalism of the overall service. I have already recommended Tom to several friends and work colleagues and I hold 1016 Developments with high regards for excellent work, competitive prices, punctuality and overall attitude! “Having a business which which provides a high quality of service with meticulous attention to detail I have particularly high standards when it comes to photographing property and fulfilling the requirements of the most discerning of clients. It is therefore a pleasure to find a company who also work to these ideals and standards. I have been fortunate to work with Express in the Home on quite a number of occasions and I can honestly say their standard of work and attention to detail are second to none. I have heard nothing but great reports from all the home owners I have worked with, and all of the properties I have photographed have been extremely impressive and tastefully designed.
