“I had just bought a new house and was getting a quote to have my kitchen redone and they gave me a very reasonable quote which inlcuded all that I wanted done. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

“Mark Jordan listened to every concern and wish on our list. He was available by phone, phone message, in person, on the job. His positive attitude and wide experience inspired our confidence and helped us remodel a 2000 sq. ft. home located in the historic district of Tampa. “We had been working with a home designer and several home builders to improve/add-on to our mid century Florida home. We were ready to move ahead with a $200K+ project that wasn't impressive or exciting to me or my husband, so we decided to interview a design/build firm to get one more point of view and hopefully simplify the project logistics. We contacted Premier Shelters. We met Kathy Helmus from Premier and were impressed from the first day. She listened carefully, asked important questions about the way we live, and inspected our current home design. At our next meeting she brought a design proposal that had us jumping for joy. We a few pencil strokes she had moved some interior walls, made better use of the current space, designed a smaller addition, created a front courtyard, and an overall design that was brilliant and beautiful. Kathy came prepared with photos and recommendations from previous projects/clients, which sounds simple but the previous "pros" we interviewed did not. We eventually signed a contract with Premier Shelters and are looking forward to living in a home that we truly love. Mike Helmus is a builder/general contractor that is the other half of this talented team. They bring together all the necessary experts and materials, and give solid advice, which works perfectly for us. Since that first meeting we've heard nothing but praise from others in the area about them too. These guys are a credit to their industry.”

“We hired Strobel Design Build for two projects: 1. rebuild an enclosed sunroom into an open front porch (Fall of 2012); 2. rebuild/remodel kitchen (currently in progress). We choose Strobel Design Build for the rebuild/remodel of the kitchen after the excellent job on the rebuild of the front porch. In both cases, Don Strobel sat down with us to discuss the design of both projects, took time to discuss material options, and gave us a schedule regarding each step of the process. He listened to our expectations and assisted us in fine tuning the details that fit within our budget. Don Strobel's experience and knowledge was invaluable when finializing the details on both projects. Due to the fact that our house was built in the 1930's, adjustments were made as needed when structural issues arose. Don is hands-on and checks on the work of his workers/subcontractors on a continual basis. It is the expectation of Don Strobel that all workers/subcontractors are professional, courteous, efficient, and provide high quality workmanship. In addition, the area is cleaned after each day of construction. The front porch is beautiful and we have received many compliments by the neighbors. The kitchen rebuild/remodel (with approximately 3 weeks until finished) is exceeding our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Strobel Design Build and would highly recommend Don Strobel and Strobel Design Build for any construction project.”

リノベーションとは
