“I hired Justin with Defined By Design to remodel our downstairs bathroom. In our initial meeting he convinced me that he was an honest contractor and I put my trust in him. While his initial estimate for completion of the job was 3 to 4 weeks, it did end up being closer to 5 weeks which was still a lot faster than any of the other contractors I spoke with had promised. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and his sub contractors were punctual, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone who came into our house treated us with respect and that's not always a given. Throughout the construction Justin and I conferred regularly and discussed any and all changes that came up due to unforeseen construction challenges. The result is that we got a beautiful remodeled bathroom with custom touches and personalized style. We could have spent less and we could have spent more but for us, choosing Justin and his team was absolutely the right decision.”

“We hired Phase One Landscape last year for an outdoor project that included a new patio, firepit and landscaping. We are thrilled with the results! Over the years we have done extensive remodel projects indoors and out, and Phase One has proven to be among the best we have ever used. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism during design and construction that we elected to change maintenance companies and hired Phase One to do our landscape maintenance this year. Once again, they have not disappointed, our yard has never looked better. It is so nice to have a company that is proactive when it comes to maintenance. They don't just show up mow, trim and blow and leave 20 minutes later like our other comapanies. They idenitfy problem areas and take action without me having to point it out! We are very pleased with all aspects of this company especially all of the employees!!”

“Highly recommended and Four Stars because there is nothing perfect in the construction world. More importantly, FIVE STARS to Bill Steuck and his subcontractors for always being responsible. I'm a design and construction professional with a long history in the commercial building business and now a retired architect and contractor. In 2002, I chose Bill to provide his residential building expertise during the design phase of our home (invaluable) and manage the construction so I could focus on being the client. His attention to detail and problem solving skills are on display in our completed home. To best understand his involvement in our project was the he was building "his home" and this is the level of personal attention you want from your home builder. The result was a fine custom home, with well executed details that was complete "on time and within our budget". We used Bill again to complete unfinished spaces in the home a number of years later. Bill continues to check in with us to insure all is well in our home. He's always welcome here! Home construction began October 2002 and completion June 2003.”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. “Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

リノベーションとは
