“We hired Phase One Landscape last year for an outdoor project that included a new patio, firepit and landscaping. We are thrilled with the results! Over the years we have done extensive remodel projects indoors and out, and Phase One has proven to be among the best we have ever used. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism during design and construction that we elected to change maintenance companies and hired Phase One to do our landscape maintenance this year. Once again, they have not disappointed, our yard has never looked better. It is so nice to have a company that is proactive when it comes to maintenance. They don't just show up mow, trim and blow and leave 20 minutes later like our other comapanies. They idenitfy problem areas and take action without me having to point it out! We are very pleased with all aspects of this company especially all of the employees!!”

“Natural Woodworkers completed a full remodel of our home including exterior and interior elements. We enthusiastically recommend them! They gave us a new kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, tile work, custom cabinets and all the details perfectly done to my wife's quite exacting standards. Let me also mention the pergola, siding and important fixes our 40 year old home needed. Now our home is like new. The former owner drove by one day and begged us to give him a tour. He was so impressed that he pleaded to have us show it to his wife later that day! Aside from the excellent work these craftsmen do, you will find they are just plain great people. We actually missed them when they were finished. I whole heartedly recommend these guys. Come see my place if you think I'm exaggerating.”

“We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. We gained some very valuable space without changing our small one-story ranch one bit!”

“Pam did a "complete makeover" of a 4,000 plus sq. ft.home that was in bad need of repair purchased as a resale. She had crews coordinated to begin the project in May and completed in July. Estimates were presented and the project stayed on schedule. Payments were made timely according to the work done with receipts and accounting. She was able to handle every aspect of the project including plumbing, drywall, trim, cabinets, lighting, electrical, hardware, carpeting, tile, stone, fireplaces, painting, window treatments, accents, colors, and design. Pam is especially great at staying on schedule and coordinating large projects, plus she is delightful to work with. She has contracted with us with several other large projects also in the past year and a half that have been completed as well.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “After 15 years of dreaming and speaking with seven contractors over several months, we decided to use Final Touch Construction for a significant remodel of the main floor of our home and have not regretted the decision. My original dream was beyond our budget, but Glen encouraged us to consider options that would incorporate the aspects that were most important. After lengthy conversations, he offered three designs that addressed our budget limitations, included nearly everything that was part of the original vision and, once we made a selection, he was willing to integrate sensible suggestions from us. During construction, we were going to live in the basement with two large dogs so staying on a timeline was a very important measure. Glen estimated 4-5 months and we were moving back upstairs in 4 ½ months! Their crews were considerate and efficient, and diligently cleaned up each day, which given the fact that more than half of the main floor was gutted and reconfigured was amazing. I would recommend Final Touch for your remodel projects without hesitation.”

リノベーションとは
