“Peter and Kristen of PKPG Companies are the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and ethical individuals you will find anywhere. Working with them on building our custom home has been such a pleasure. We know first hand that this is not always the case...in fact, it is not all that common in the home construction industry. Many times what starts out well, but ends poorly. Peter has incredible skills and ability, that are rarely found in a custom home builder. There are never any surprises. He fully understands and expertly manages everything the home owner will experience. His background as Vice President in one of the largest US home developers has prepared him well. We give the highest praise possible for PKPG. We first recognized that Peter had a keen eye for the real estate market when he found a vacant parcel of land and successfully negotiated a super bargain in a prime location of Glenview, IL. He then "listened" to the ideas we had with respect to desired lifestyle, architectural taste, investment value, budget, etc. With that, he developed a comprehensive building plan and worked diligently with city officials on the approval process. His reputation and relationships with individuals were crucial in making this appear relatively seamless from our perspective, but it certainly required an experienced professional. When initiating the actual construction, Peter was totally transparent on everything. This made us feel very comfortable with the process and we have never been surprised by a hidden cost, up-charge or anything. Additionally, he makes insightful opinions and recommendations about critical decisions to be made. We always felt fully informed and truly felt like we got the most for our money spent. They take "custom" home building to the next level with their experience and creative vision on all aspects of a home. They have gone above and beyond answering all of our preliminary questions regarding the layout, style, and process of our home. They have personally walked us through homes they've built previously and offered opinions/suggestions but never pushed us into something we didn't like. “After serious water damage that required the demolition of most of our condo's kitchen in the spring of 2012, Jeff from Relevant Homes was our man on the spot. Having to move out of our home for 6 weeks with 2 kids under 3, we knew we wanted to rebuild it to look better than the dated look we had before, but didn't have the time, energy, or aptitude to figure out the details. Jeff stepped in and saved the day, redesigning our entire kitchen with an amazingly cool new layout, color scheme, appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and fixtures. Jeff walked us through every step of the process and guided us through every design decision so that it felt like "our" kitchen even though he was doing most of the legwork. This included creating graphical models/schematics, personally accompanying us to suppliers and hardware vendors, researching the best appliances, and coming up with creative ways to meet our budget. Although we worked with remediators and another contractor to perform most of the physical demo and rebuild work, Jeff oversaw their efforts and provided guidance on how that work would be done most effectively. Almost a year later, we are in love with our new kitchen; we never thought we'd be so thankful that our old kitchen was destroyed! And we owe so much of that thanks to Jeff, who we'd heartily recommend for his design eye, work ethic, attention to detail, and overall commitment to innovative, high-quality work.”

リノベーションとは
