“Jobs: Master bathroom remodel including building a shower, wall and floor tile, painting, electrical and plumbing. Kitchen backsplash tile installation. Project was completed on time and on budget. Design was excellent and implementation was great. Made improvments in the design as work progressed. Workers were very careful to minimize dirt and dust during demolition and construction. They went with us to tile and plumbing fixture stores to advise and help in the selection process. Was known and recommended by suppliers. “We used Wenger Contracting to finish our basement in 2016 and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the service provided by Wenger Contracting. The owner/general contractor Todd Wenger was meticulous in planning and executing the project. His core team of workers were very professional, courteous, respectful, and completely trustworthy. For the three-month period it took to finish our basement, we were at work and our kids were in school and our house was in the care of Todd and his team. Through the planning process and throughout the construction, Todd provided just the right amount of guidance and suggestions along the way as we made our selections and decisions on the details of the work to make sure that the final product and our expectations actually matched in the end. The basement project was quite large with many decisions to be made regarding various structural items, layout, as well as many aesthetic features but Todd made sure that every little details were executed exactly as we had discussed and no changes were made without us being aware of it so there were no surprises with anything including the financial aspect. All of changes that were made along the way were properly accounted for in terms of their impact on the final cost, i.e., reductions and additions were all appropriately accounted. We loved the way our basement turned out and our kids and we are enjoying our basement very much.”

“When we moved into our 1920’s era home, we knew we’d need a trusted, professional team to bring it up to date. Our first priority was a larger garage that fit both our cars easily with room for storage. We also needed a first floor half bath and a mudroom, and the team at Pellak delivered all three! Their design plan included an extension of our previous garage space, and used a portion of the old space to accommodate the mudroom and half bath. It was also important to us that the addition looked seamless, especially from the exterior. The Pellak team delivered on that, too. The new space looks as if it was always there, not just tacked on. Pellak paid attention to details such as roof lines, materials and scale. Every member of the team from start to finish was professional, communicative, and hard working. Their skill and workmanship is outstanding, and it shows in the final results. Our new space gives us more than just space for cars and storage—it makes our house function much more efficiently. We already have plans for additional projects, and we will definitely hire Pellak again.”

“I hired Paul's Woodshop to remodel both full bathrooms in my house. From beginning to end (6 weeks) Paul and his wife Lisa were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in fulfilling my wife's dream of remolded bathrooms! During the 6 weeks of construction there were many times Lisa and Paul would sit down with me to explain where we were or what we needed to do including suggestions for improvements such as insulating our home while the walls were down! “We hired Amiano & Son’s for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t have been happier. We met with other contractors during our planning stage and Amiano stood out from the rest from the very start. We knew from our first meeting with Joe, that we were going to go with him. We gave them ideas of what we were thinking along with our budget. They came back with a better plan and layout than what we had imagined. What we really loved about working with Amiano is that we told them our budget and they made every effort to show us options that would work for us. They didn’t present more expensive/elaborate options to entice us to spend more. They were just as focused as we were to stay on budget which removed any undue stress or disappointments.
