“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“May Construction managed an extensive remodel and addition of our home. We doubled the size of our kitchen and added a 2nd story with a new master bedroom suite. The team from May was very professional. We had regular site meeting during construction in which all the subs active on the project attended. Greg May made sure that everything was getting done properly, showed me any issues or challenges they were running into and made it easy for me to make decisions on all the little details that really make the house feel like our home! I also very much appreciated it, when Greg would let me know that if they didn't get a decision from us on a particular finish or tile product or some such thing by a certain date, that it'd cause the project to delay. This was very helpful for prioritizing the decisions that needed to be made quickly or alternatively weighing the "cost" of a delay if we were really struggling with a particular choice of tile or faucet etc. We lived in the front half of the house with three small children while the construction was going on in the kitchen and back half of the house. At first, the workers (May employees and subcontractors) kept knocking on the front door and needing to get in to the area where the kids were. I let Greg know that this wouldn't work for us, because the little ones needed to nap and I needed to plan when any work or access was required in our living area. He let all the subs know right away and we never had a problem after that. They always gave me at least 1 to 2 days notice and worked with me to find a time that would minimize the disruption on the children. It was great. Most of them have families themselves and were very understanding and supportive. All around, a great team to work with.”

“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . If anyone want to see picture feel free to email me and I will send him the pictures. Thank you very much for making this project a pleasant experience.”

“We were referred to Ori at LU construction by our family that hired them to remodel their kitchen a while back. Ori outlined the project steps for our kitchen remodel and presented a competitive quote for the job. The entire crew was professional, resourceful and efficient. During the entire remodeling, Ori was responsive and communicative to any of our concerns and he was always available to meet with us as needed. He demonstrated professionalism in executing any changes to the plan. Overall, we could not be happier with the new kitchen that he remodel for us. We lived at the house through the construction and it was honestly much better than we thought it would be. We trusted Ori and it was worth the trust. “Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super.
