“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. “We hired Siena to put an addition on our house in 2009. We added a bedroom, bathroom, bonus room, upstairs laundry facilities, mudroom and bumped out our garage. We chose Siena after a bidding process based on plans from an independent architect. We chose Siena because of their competitive pricing and because of their reputation for quality work completed in a timely manner. The time factor was very important to us as we lived in our home during the construction process. We are extremely happy with Siena's work. All of the subs were extremely considerate of our family and went out of their way to be kind to our young children. The construction has proven to be of excellent quality, and we are certain that we made the right decision in choosing Siena to do our project. I also have to add that the work was finished a full week ahead of schedule (out of a 12 week schedule which in and of itself is fast).”

リノベーションとは
