We knew we wanted to work with a design-build firm and based on former client reviews and a referral from a friend we chose Renewal Design-Build after careful consideration. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They removed an entire wall from our kitchen to create an open, bright floor plan and added a beautiful island and tons of storage to the kitchen. “LTC did a complete renovation to my home. They took a home that had never been touched or updated since it was built in the early 70's, gutted it to the studs, and turned it in to a brand new home. Existing walls were removed to open the floor plan up, all bathrooms and the kitchen were completely updated and remodeled with custom cabinets, granite tops, and tile. Gorgeous sand and finish hard wood floors were installed throughout the majority of the house and all the exterior windows were replaced as well. The home was also painted inside and out. LTC did an outstanding job on my home. They had a plan and a vision for my home that was hard to imagine. I was blown away with the end result. Everything was perfect and completed on time! リノベーションとリフォームの違い
