“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a bad spot like I did. Cheers”

“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

They are not afraid of clients that want very detailed and have delicate requests such as completely changing a kitchen layout, walls, plumbing, electrical etc and still keeping all up to Nevada building codes. Andy is very detailed and makes my clients feel confident with the choices made. Ted is actually the one we call the magician because he has knowledge in all phases of construction. “I requested Jason to provide Architecture/ design advice on a few projects for my house with the major project of extending my house with an outdoor living concept. Jason arrived on time and I really liked his ideas. He seemed to have the same modern style ideas as I was hoping to achieve. And he listened and was very easy to convey my ideas to while he contributing to them. I didn't hire Jason for the job as I found the architecture plans to be a bit expensive. And because I had some major unexpected repairs come up suddenly I wasn't able to afford the designs at that time. I do plan on reaching out to Jason in future and hope to hire him soon.”

“its not often that you actually work with a builder that is straight forward and honest..... My family and I have built a few custom homes and always ran into issues with the builders we used. on my last project in Roma Hills I used Palazzo Development and it was by far the smoothest built i have encountered. the figures we discussed where actual true numbers which is a rare. of course i had some extras that i picked out but for the most part we were on budget. Palazzo has some good contractors who know their job and do it at a fair price. we also knocked the nearly 7000 square foot home in 8 months which was another record. if you want straight up no BS builder you should meet with Wayne Gazzo and take it from there...”
